Centro Cultural de Belém is looking for unrealized architecture projects on collective housing in Lisbon. In 2020, 35,5% of qualified youth earned the minimum wage. This alarming data was produced by the Youth Employment Observatory, whcih also indicated that Portugal was at the top of EU unemployment rankings last year.
